Pizza Calabrese

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Pizza Dough

  • 1 Stefano Pizza Sauce

  • 1 piece Pizza Mozzarella

  • 1 piece Scamorza Smoked Mozzarella

  • 1 piece Aged Cheddar

  • 1 container Castelvetrano Olives

  • 1 container Black Gaeta Olives

  • 1 jar Artisan Calabrian Chili Peppers

  • Red or white onion

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat your oven to 550.

2. Let your dough proof at room temperature for 30mins.

3. Grate/chop pizza mozzarella, scamorza, cheddar.

4. Slice green and black olives, along with some red or white onion.

5. Strain off some calabrian chili peppers.

6. Stretch out your dough.

7. Add pizza sauce, cheese, toppings.

8. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
