Truffle & Herb Pasta

INGREDIENTS:

  • Rummo Spaghetti

  • House Herb Butter

  • Martelli Truffle Cream

  • House Preserved Lemon

  • Gorgonzola

  • Basil

  • Chives

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cook pasta according to instructions on package.

  2. Drain and stir in herb butter and truffle cream (add lots if you like extra truffle flavour).

  3. Plate and top with chunks of gorgonzola, thin slices of preserved lemon, and any fresh herbs that suit your fancy.
