- 1 4-pack Housemade Sausage (we used Italian Fennel for this one, but any sausage will do)
- Fresh short shape pasta
- 1 jar of House Norma Sauce 750ml
- 1 piece of Scamorza "smoked mozzarella" cheese (in-store only!)
- Combine cooked sausage and pasta cooked al dente into a large bowl.
- Coat with sauce.
- Spread mixture into baking pan and crumble cheese on top.
- Bake in oven at 350 Fahrenheit for about 15-20 minutes.
