- Housemade Focaccia
- The Packing House Eggs
- Stirling Creamery Unsalted Butter
- Ennis Farms Pure Ontario Maple Syrup
- Whisk a few eggs together in a bowl and soak focaccia slices in mixture briefly, flipping to coat each side. (Add cinnamon to the mixture to really make your meal pop).
- Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat.
- Add soaked focaccia to pan and fry until golden brown on each side.
- Plate and top with maple syrup and fresh fruit of your choice.
