Focaccia French Toast

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Whisk a few eggs together in a bowl and soak focaccia slices in mixture briefly, flipping to coat each side. (Add cinnamon to the mixture to really make your meal pop).
  2. Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Add soaked focaccia to pan and fry until golden brown on each side.
  4. Plate and top with maple syrup and fresh fruit of your choice.
