- 1 jar of House Spicy Sauce
- 1 bag of Pirro Orecchiette
- 1 jar of Dora Chickpeas
- Asiago or Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
- While pasta is boiling, heat chickpeas and spicy sauce together in a separate pot.
- Add your cooked orecchiette and a little pasta water to make a nice rich sauce.
- Grate asiago all over!
