- Mancini Spaghettoni
- Stefano Faita Alfredo Sauce
- Martelli Truffle Cream
- Gouda Cheese (available in-store only!)
- While your pasta is cooking, gently heat up your alfredo sauce in a separate pot.
- Add a dab of truffle cream, mix, and taste. Add more if you like that truffle flavour to really pop!
- Add the cooked spaghetti and some pasta water to homogenize the sauce.
- Grate some gouda on top and enjoy!
*Chefs tip: Heat the alfredo sauce on low heat so it doesn’t scorch on the bottom.*
