Description
Viticulture & Vinification: A blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, the grapes were harvested in the third week of September and then macerated on the skins for an average of 6 - 8 days. The juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks and the resulting wine was matured on the lees for six months before bottling.
Tasting notes: In the glass, ruby red with hints of purple. The wine
opens with a red fruit nose with nuances of spice and slight vegetal
notes. On the palate it is soft and flavourful with a medium finish.
