INGREDIENTS

Bun

Meatballs

Fresh mozzarella (try the Gioiella brand Treccia!)

METHOD

Heat the meatballs until they are warm in the centre. We recommend doing this in a covered saucepan on low heat or in the vacuum seal bag on a low simmer.

Cut the bun in half and toast it in the oven until it has a nice crisp crumb.

Halve the meatballs and lay them flat on the bun.

Slice the mozzarella and top the meatballs with it. 

Top with the top bun and slice in half for easier eating. Enjoy!
