Video: Tiramisu

Get the whole family in the kitchen to lend their hands with this quick and easy dessert recipe. It’s a real “pick me up”!

INGREDIENTS:

6 eggs

6 Tbsp 

500g Mascarpone 

Coffee 

Grappa

Lady Finger Cookies

Coco Powder

Method

1. Separate the whites and the yolks.

2. Bring the whites to a medium / soft mix.

3. Mixed the yolks with some sugar, 1tbsp sugar per egg. Take the mascarpone and add it to the yolks, mix together. 

4. Fullding in the mix of the mascarpone, yolks, and sugar with the whites. Gradually, carefully. Take the coffee and add a little bit of Grappa, you can also use rum or brandy. 

5. On your container pour a little bit of the mix, then dip the cookie in the coffee an Grappa mixed, now you can start layer together. Layer all the way until you cover your dish.
