Truffle & Mushroom Tagliatelle

INGREDIENTS:

  • Fresh pasta long shape

  • Chef Panna ai Funghi

  • 1/2-1 teaspoon Martelli Truffle Cream

  • Mushrooms (fresh or our dried porcini mushrooms)

  • Chicken (optional, our roast chicken is a good option for minimal effort)

  • Salt & Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a hot pan cook chicken (small pieces) and diced mushrooms.

  2. Add to taste the Chef Panna al Funghi, salt, and pepper.

  3. Finally, add the truffle cream (a full teaspoon if you want that extra flavour).

  4. Combine this delicious mixture with the cooked fresh pasta.
