INGREDIENTS:

  • Blackbird Sourdough Baguette

  • Monforte Dairy Nika Garlic & Herb Cheese Spread

  • House Pickled Red Onion

  • La Cerignola Artichokes

  • Conserva Della Nonna Red Hot Peppers

  • Black Gaeta Olives (Or whatever preserves you have laying around in you fridge)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Slice baguette down the middle.

  2. Spread Monforte cheese on open faces.

  3. Bake till crispy and melty.

  4. Top with all the extra goods!
