Kale Pesto Pizza

INGREDIENTS:

  • House Pizza Dough

  • Kale Pesto

  • Ezzo Pepperoni

  • Buffalo Mozzarella

  • Pizza Mozzarella

  • Black Gaeta Olives

  • Frankie's Organic Olive Oil

  • Onions

  • Fresh Basil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Let dough sit at room temperature for 45-60 minutes before stretching (find instructions in our Instagram highlights!).

  2. Apply toppings sparingly so they don't weigh the dough down.

  3. Bake pizza at a HOT temperature of about 450-500F.

  4. Allow pizza to sit for a few minutes once you remove it from the oven, drizzle olive oil on top, and add fresh basil.
