Nutty Honey Baked Brie

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Rosewood Nutty Honey

  • 1 Gunn’s Hill Brigid’s Brie

  • 1 Stirling Unsalted Butter

  • 1 Box Maldon Salt

  • Alimentari’s Rosemary Focaccia

DIRECTIONS:

1. Bake the Brie with some pieces of Focaccia in a hoven for 15 minutes at 320°F.

2. While the cheese is baking. Add two tablespoons of butter and 1/3 of the Rosewood Nutty Honey in a frying pan.

3. Add the mix of butter and honey to the baked Brie and Focaccia. Finalize with a pinch of Maldon Salt, and enjoy.
