Pizza Bianco

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Alimentari Pizza Dough

  • 1 pack Scamorza Smoked Mozzarella Cheese

  • 1 jar Cipollini Onions

  • 1 container Grated Pecorino Padano Blend

  • 1 large Potato

DIRECTIONS:

1. Thinly slice potatoes using a mandoline or sharp knife. Rinse under cold water. Place in a pot with some garlic, rosemary, salt, olive oil, and cold water. Put a lid on and bring up to a boil. Let boil for 4 minutes then strain and lay out flat on a tray to cool

2. Preheat your oven to 550. Let your dough proof at room temperature for 30 minutes.

3. S tretch out and lay your potatoes down, slightly overlapping. Scatter scamorza cheese all over. Bake for 10 minutes.

4. Add chopped jarred cipollini onions. Add grated parmesan. Cook an additional 5 - 7 minutes.

5. Finish with some nice olive oil and black pepper. Buon appetito!
