Tagliere Pugliese
Serves 4.
INGREDIENTS:
Assorted sliced cured meats of your choice (Mortadella, salami, prosciutto…)
Assorted cheeses, including fresh ricotta, fresh burrata, and a firmer cheese
Assorted marinated vegetables (grilled artichokes, antipasto, semi-dried tomatoes…)
Olives
Bread (sourdough or focaccia)
Taralli
Arugula
Olive oil, for finishing
Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Gather your ingredients, as well as a large serving platter or board and a few small bowls. Make a bed of arugula and place the ricotta form on top of the bed. Drizzle with olive oil, sea salt, and pepper. Arrange the taralli, sliced bread, bowls of olives and vegetables, cheese, meats, and burrata. Enjoy with friends and a crisp white wine or cocktail on the patio!
