Cheesy Baked Pasta with Sausage

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 4-pack Housemade Sausage (we used Italian Fennel for this one, but any sausage will do)

  • Fresh short shape pasta

  • 1 jar of House Norma Sauce 750ml

  • 1 piece of Scamorza "smoked mozzarella" cheese (in-store only!)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine cooked sausage and pasta cooked al dente into a large bowl.

  2. Coat with sauce.

  3. Spread mixture into baking pan and crumble cheese on top.

  4. Bake in oven at 350 Fahrenheit for about 15-20 minutes.
