Cheesy Baked Pasta with Sausage
INGREDIENTS:
1 4-pack Housemade Sausage (we used Italian Fennel for this one, but any sausage will do)
Fresh short shape pasta
1 jar of House Norma Sauce 750ml
1 piece of Scamorza "smoked mozzarella" cheese (in-store only!)
DIRECTIONS:
Combine cooked sausage and pasta cooked al dente into a large bowl.
Coat with sauce.
Spread mixture into baking pan and crumble cheese on top.
Bake in oven at 350 Fahrenheit for about 15-20 minutes.
