Grilled Pepper Pasta
INGREDIENTS:
Fresh short shape pasta
Garlic, sliced
Olive oil
1 jar of La Cerignola grilled peppers
Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.
Saute garlic in olive oil, add grilled pepper, and cook until soft.
Combine the sauce with the pasta and a bit of pasta water.
Cover with grated Parmigiano and enjoy!
