Grilled Pepper Pasta

INGREDIENTS:

  • Fresh short shape pasta

  • Garlic, sliced

  • Olive oil

  • 1 jar of La Cerignola grilled peppers

  • Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.

  2. Saute garlic in olive oil, add grilled pepper, and cook until soft.

  3. Combine the sauce with the pasta and a bit of pasta water.

  4. Cover with grated Parmigiano and enjoy!
