Corn & Caper Cappellacci with Herb Butter

INGREDIENTS:

  • House Fresh or Frozen Stuffed Pasta (this one was corn & caper)

  • House Compound Butter (herb butter complemented this filling perfectly, but you can also choose 'cacio e pepe' or 'truffle' flavours)

  • Grated Pecorino Padano Cheese

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cook pasta according to instructions on package (typically takes under 5 minutes!) and drain.

  2. Stir in compound butter, plate, and cover with grated cheese.

*If you're feeling fancy, pair it with our white Lambrusco sparkling wine!
