Pasta e Ceci
INGREDIENTS:
1 jar of House Spicy Sauce
1 bag of Pirro Orecchiette
1 jar of Dora Chickpeas
Asiago or Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
While pasta is boiling, heat chickpeas and spicy sauce together in a separate pot.
Add your cooked orecchiette and a little pasta water to make a nice rich sauce.
Grate asiago all over!
*Chef's tip: Chopped fresh parsley really brightens up the dish!
