Pasta e Ceci

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 jar of House Spicy Sauce

  • 1 bag of Pirro Orecchiette

  • 1 jar of Dora Chickpeas

  • Asiago or Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. While pasta is boiling, heat chickpeas and spicy sauce together in a separate pot.

  2. Add your cooked orecchiette and a little pasta water to make a nice rich sauce.

  3. Grate asiago all over!

*Chef's tip: Chopped fresh parsley really brightens up the dish!
