Truffle Alfredo Spaghettoni

INGREDIENTS:

  • Mancini Spaghettoni

  • Stefano Faita Alfredo Sauce

  • Martelli Truffle Cream

  • Gouda Cheese (available in-store only!)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. While your pasta is cooking, gently heat up your alfredo sauce in a separate pot.

  2. Add a dab of truffle cream, mix, and taste. Add more if you like that truffle flavour to really pop!

  3. Add the cooked spaghetti and some pasta water to homogenize the sauce.

  4. Grate some gouda on top and enjoy!

*Chefs tip: Heat the alfredo sauce on low heat so it doesn’t scorch on the bottom.
